Collection SummaryThe Billings Public Library Fine Art Collection consists of six original Joseph H. Sharp oil paintings, one original Charles M. Russell watercolor, and six hand-tinted prints purchased directly from western photographer, L.A. Huffman. The collection also features Luther “Yellowstone” Kelly’s oiled-silk map, circa 1870, along with five tables commissioned from artists across Montana for the 2014 opening of the new library facility.
