DescriptionApplication of Louis Otten to Hoke Smith, Secretary of the Interior to be allowed to carry passengers through the Park during the coming season of 1895. A ten season employee of the transportation company in the Park, he plans to use two 2-horse teams with spring wagons. Included are the signatures of ten citizens of Livingston, Montana, who state the applicant is trustworthy and reliable.
