DescriptionLetter from Cornelius N. Bliss, Secretary of the Interior, to Capt. James B. Erwin, Acting Superintendent, regarding the approval of a license for William W. Wylie to personally conduct camping parties through the Park, along with a bond in the penal sum of $5,000 for faithful performance of permit.
