Ryan, Acting Secretary of the Interior, to Acting Superintendent, approving recommendations of the Acting Superintendent and Chittenden for use of $4500 for protection of Park. The Secretary of War also approves. Ryan further informs that the President of the Yellowstone Park Association states that they will arrange to operate Norris Geyser and Thumb lunch stations until further notice.
