Edward J. "Eddie" Hogan interview regarding the CCC in Yellowstone

DescriptionEdward J. "Eddie" Hogan enrolled in Company #550 of the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC), serving at the Canyon Camp. In his interview, Hogan recalls cutting trees near the Canyon Hotel, playing basketball and baseball, watching the grizzlies at the Canyon dump feeding ground, his tentmates, and working at the Buffalo Ranch. The narrator self-interviewed by recording his responses to a list of written questions. There are fourteen photographs related to this interview that may be found in the Yellowstone National Park Photographs collection.
