DescriptionThe Jefferson Valley Museum is located in Whitehall, Montana, off I-90 between the cities of Bozeman and Butte. Open Memorial Day through mid-September, the museum’s all-volunteer staff invites visitors to discover exhibits and artifacts that highlight the rich cultural history of Jefferson, Madison and Silver Bow counties. Our museum includes an outdoor, shaded enclosed area where your pet can relax while you tour museum exhibits.
The main museum building is the red barn, fondly nicknamed “The Big Red Barn”. The museum collaborates with local school districts to help educate future generations about Montana history. Home PageJefferson Valley Museum
