DescriptionLetter from Corporal Thomas J. King to the Superintendent, John Pitcher, reporting on parties not following the law regarding licensed travel. Most of the letter details an incident with a camping party that omitted Charles Yager's name when passing through Riverside Station, which Corporal King sees as a means of deception because the party was not complying with the law. The letter also mentions a boy who was paid to carry five men from Madison Basin, Montana, to Gardiner, Montana, who was unaware of the law.
