DescriptionCorrespondence between B. P. Wells, Buffalo Keeper, and C. A. Lindsley, Clerk to the Superintendent, regarding a bill for tools and reporting the health of the buffalo herd. The first letter is from Wells to Lindsley and provides and itemized list of the cost of some tools and a list of the ages and sexes of the buffalo herd, as provided to Wells from (Charles Jesse) Jones. The second letter is from the Secretary to the Superintendent to B. P. Wells asking that Wells report any birth, death, or casualty among the buffalo herd.
