DescriptionLetter from Edward A. Bowers, Assistant Commissioner of the General Land Office, to Superintendent Captain George S. Anderson discussing a provision they wanted included in the recently passed Yellowstone Park Bill. This provision would have granted the Superintendent the power to nominate the commissioner and deputy marshals.
