Glacier National Park Naturalist Newsletters

Details

Collection SummaryThis collection contains newsletters produced by Glacier's naturalist rangers, such as "Nature Notes from Glacier National Park" (1927-1930) and "Glacial Drift" (1931-1938). These publications focus on the park's natural history and include original essays, wildlife observations, poetry, drawings, and assorted musings by park staff. Through this miscellany of instructive and entertaining content, rangers sought to develop a better understanding and appreciation of nature among readers.Contributing InstitutionGlacier National Park Archives
