DescriptionThis plaque, “Jim Girard Tamaracks” was made to memorialize James Walter Girard. It was placed on a stone during the dedication ceremony for the opening of the Tamarack Grove in 1953. The plaque currently resides on the edge of the grove, near the north end of the Boy Scout Road bridge.
