DescriptionAdvertised in January, 1938 as the 'School of Business' of the Polytechnic Institute, the BBC re-located to the Empire building, with HE Biddinger as manager. By 1944, Billings Business College had moved to the corner of Third Avenue north and Thirty second street. Howard C.
