Organized in September, 1917 with D.W. Grieve, formerly the quartermaster of K Company, Montana National Guard, supervising. An affiliate of the Red Cross. Almost 20,000 soldiers were served a meal, over 14,000 packs of cigarettes were donated and over 4,000 newspapers were given away over a period of two years.
