DescriptionFlock of sheep, with 2 shepherds grazing at bottom of rimrocks. This is one of several photos donated by Dr. Hans Plattner of Chur, Switzerland to the Yellowstone Historical Society, which donated a print to the Billings Public Library. In 1958, Dr. Hans Plattner of Chur, Switzerland, who was born in Billings in 1890 and left in 1895, returned to visit after 62 years, spoke briefly at a Pioneers of Eastern Montana gathering.
