The Scott Brothers both moved to Long Beach, CA in the 1930s. H.T. Orton came to Billings in 1910 from Illinois and was employed at that time as a farm machinery salesman, and later entered the automobile accessory business until going into the general insurance field. In the 1930s he operated the Billings Tent & Awning company with his son, H. S. Orton. His only daughter was the wife of I. D.
