DescriptionCamera Point 125a. Original taken by K.D. Swan August 1937 to show destruction of scenic values on private land along the highway by logging and fire. Area was logged by Somers Lumber Company, and subsequently burned. Larch-fir type. On highway 2.5 miles west of Whitefish on stump ranch owned (in 1944) by Thomas H. Reed.
