DescriptionDr. Ricardo Salvador is currently senior scientist and director of the Food and Environment Program at the Union of Concerned Scientists. Dr. Salvador came to know AERO well during the 1990’s as a program officer at W.K. Kellogg Foundation when the foundation was beginning their Integrated Food and Farming Systems Initiative. During this time, the Kellogg Foundation worked closely with AERO supporting a host of programs, including AERO’s Montana Food System Initiative and Farm Improvement Clubs.
