DescriptionLetter from George W. Evans, Disbursing Clerk, to R.B. Bowler, First Comptroller Treasury Department, returning vouchers for meals and lodging of soldiers engaged in pursuit of poachers by Yellowstone Park Association Evans believes this charge seems to be an inappropriate use of Park funds. Rather, it should be charged to Army since soldiers were under Army orders. Regardless, Evan states that this is a decision for the second comptroller who handles those accounts.
