DescriptionA large red box with "M.S.A. Chemox Oxygen Breathing Apparatus" on the top. Below is "Bureau of Mines, Approval 1307" with a logo for "Mine Safety Appliances Co., Pittsburgh, PA." The edges have black metal casing. Inside the box is the breathing apparatus (CCHS 146.35) with a black respirator mask (CCHS 146.36), and two Chemox oxygen canisters (CCHS 146.37, 146.38).
